DIANNE WILLIAMS / Founder

With over 23 years’ experience in executive search, Dianne has a deep track record focusing on the healthcare sector.

Dianne’s passion, determination and creativity for finding high impact talent for the healthcare industry is leveraged by her vast network and deep capacity to listen and understand the critical elements of a client’s culture, challenges and competency fit.  As a result of her enduring track record of success Dianne has built a network of long term relationships and repeat clients whom she has consistently delivered outstanding results for over many years.

Prior to founding Williams Hall, Dianne led the Healthcare practice for Derwent Search and also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers earlier in her career.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Dianne is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

HELEN HALL / Founder

Helen is passionate about aligning people with culture to achieve momentum in business. She has built a reputation as a passionate advocate for driving diversity, in all its complexity, into the Australian Industrial sector and has deep experience partnering with clients to deliver Board, CEO and Senior Executive appointments. Helen’s highly sought after executive search counsel draws upon her extensive network, which she utilises to guide clients in attracting and securing high impact executive talent.

Prior to her career in Executive Search, she spent 15 years in leadership roles with companies such as Opera Australia, the McGrath Foundation, Tourism NSW, IDG Communications and APN Outdoor. She holds a Master of Marketing from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University.

Helen is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the National Association of Women in Construction and the National Association of Women in Operations. She is a volunteer with MGSM’s Alumni Association and the Willoughby Mosman Swans JAFL.

She brings an innovative and curious mindset to her work and enjoys staying current on leadership best practices, the future of work and the ever-evolving landscape of People & Culture in Australia and globally. Linda’s proactive questioning and listening techniques ensure that she deeply understands each client's purpose and operations and each candidate’s unique proposition.

Before Williams Hall, Linda was General Manager of Upskilled for Business, SME Client Acquisition Lead at Hudson hellomonday, National Sales Manager at Herrmann - HBDI and ANZ VPG Sales Manager for Cengage Learning.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Visual Arts) from COFA UNSW and a Diploma in Education from The University of Newcastle. She is also a Certified HBDI Practitioner

ELIZABETH OCAMPO / Senior Associate

Elizabeth is passionate about providing solutions-focused search strategies to engage exceptional talent that make a high impact on long-term organisational success.

With significant experience across a range of industry sectors, Elizabeth enjoys collaborating with clients to understand their wider business needs, whilst creating deep relationships with candidates to connect them with opportunities aligned to their career goals.

Prior to joining Williams Hall, Elizabeth was an Associate at Expert360 within the emerging Technology Practice. This division specialised in appointing senior leadership roles across a range of strategic roles – including digital transformation and scaling high-growth engineering teams. Elizabeth understands the complexities of attracting candidates that hold both technical and leadership capabilities.

Previous experience also includes Derwent Search and the Orchard Talent Group.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boston University.

SASSICA FRANCIS-BRUCE / Senior Associate

Sassica is an experienced Senior Associate who has contributed to the successful execution of complex local and global C-suite and Board engagements in the financial services, healthcare & life sciences, consumer, aviation, government and media/broadcasting sectors. She has worked with ASX100 companies, as well as start-ups and scale-ups and is accustomed to tailoring her approach to suit different client needs. Additionally, Sassica has extensive experience on non-assignment related search activities such as talent benchmarking, knowledge management, market trends and insights.

Prior to joining Willams Hall, Sassica was a Senior Associate in the Healthcare & Life Sciences and Consumer practices at Korn Ferry where she was responsible for the research and project management of various C-Suite, GM and Board level appointments.

Sassica began her executive search career at Spencer Stuart, working in the Financial Services practice where she was involved in the execution of senior executive and Board-level search assignments across banking, insurance and broader financial services and professional services industries within the Asia Pacific region and globally.

Before her career in executive search, Sassica worked in the film industry in London and the US before returning to Australia in 2011 to work in publishing.

Sassica graduated magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, from the University of California, Los Angeles and completed Italian language studies in Florence.
